At House of Blanks Wholesale, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bulk order, offering a 30-day window for returns on unwashed and unaltered premium apparel. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain an RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the blank garments in their original shipping boxes and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our central distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned blanks, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
